Some time ago I recall seeing a video of (I think) John Peterson doing a "rocker pushup". I can't find it now. Can someone post a link to it, or
describe it?

I tried it-didn't seem to do much for me- perhaps the gymnastic, ballet, and dance training I did in the past has made me too strong for my body weight for
this particular exercise to do much for me

Girl of Bronze, your reasoning may be true. The rocca push up would be for people who can't quite do a handstand push up yet.

I tried it out just now and it came easy for me. Its similar to a pike pushup with an added extra. The added extra thing he does is like a rest so I get more
out of it if I just pump out a bunch of pike pushups. Just a few months ago this would have killed me!
