I just stumbled upon this board tonight. I am a just out of university athlete who is headed into the military within the next year and I've begun the long road back to bodyweight style workouts after years of nothing but a typical collegiate weightlifting approach. In everyones opinion what are some good bodyweight programs that a little more advanced, with all the marketing out there i dont won't to buy into the stuff like Furey and Savage which basically give you glorified HS wrestling workouts. I am hoping Coach Sommer's new series will be good , he has assured me its any day now. But what are some programs that go beyond the basics into some more advanced high tension/ gymnast style routines? Thanks guys this board is great.
