thanks for that. The Atlas people guard that stuff like it's the Holy Grail or something. I like the Boxer neck nod things, amazing how heavy my
noggin' gets. Much safer than bridges I think for neck development. With that simply routine you could throw away entire libraries of other fluff if you
wanted and nobody would ever miss it.

Uh Oh, it looks like the "Atlas Illuminati" got to the post, and shut down the link. Not to worry though, most of that Atlas stuff is pure crap

Robert said that the jist of his post was that the meat of the Atlas course was BW. I have never read the Perpetual Lesson, which is what Atlas students are
supposed to do for the rest of their lives after completing the other lessons in the course, but people who have read it say that it's nothing but
bodyweight exercises with a self-resistance curl and self-resistance neck exercise thrown in.

That's correct. It's nothing special at all from what I remember. It's also one of the reasons I never thought the course made much sense. Why do
all these other exercises then just stop doing them?
