Does anybody use those pushup handles that rotate - "perfect pushup" (there may be other brands)? Are they any good?

I was using them religiously for about 3 months. I know you can get them at WalMart now for $20. They are okay. Like anything, you get kind of bored with
them after a while and move on to something else. I'm sure I'll come back to them again. Considering regular pushup handles are going to cost you
around $10, you might as well get these.

I havent used them but im sure they force you to use more core muscle than placing your hands on an entirely immoveable ground. I just recently started doing
pushings using olympic rings, or some dumbbells suspended from cables. This is the most difficulat way to do pushups because there is nothing to support your
hands which forces you to use MANY more muscles than you would otherwise.
